After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of British Columbia and an Associate of Arts degree in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (Los Angeles), Victor Ho entered film production in 1993.

His UPM credits include the critically acclaimed and Academy Award- nominated ELECTION (director: Alexander Payne); BROTHER (director: Takeshi Kitano); CROSSROADS (director: Tamra Davis); FAST FOOD NATION (director: Richard Linklater); BEYOND THE LIGHTS (director: Gina Prince- Bythewood); THE NEON DEMON (director: Nicolas Winding Refn); OUIJA: ORIGIN OF EVIL (director: Mike Flannigan); EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING (director: Stella Meghie); CHERRY (directors: Anthony and Joe Russo); SHE HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW (Disney+ limited series: creator Jessica Gao; directors Kat Coiro, Anu Valia), and YELLOWSTONE (Season 5: showrunner Taylor Sheridan; directors Christina Vouros, Stephen Kay).

From the above titles, Victor was credited as Executive Producer on THE NEON DEMON, OUIJA: ORIGIN OF EVIL and EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING. He was credited as Co-Producer on CHERRY, and was the line producer for BROTHER, CROSSROADS, and FAST FOOD NATION.

FAST FOOD NATION had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in 2006, and THE NEON DEMON had it there in 2016. He has also overseen Additional Photography of THE CONJURING 2, AQUAMAN, AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM, and FAST X.

Victor Ho is a co-founder and Co-Chair Emeritus of the DGA Asian American Committee.
